Pardon the interruption…

In your mediocre blog reading. I, Kindlelicious, went and got myself knocked up! Yep, apparently I am fertilicious as well. I would like to tell you that my husband and I spontaneously hopped a plane to Thailand and got crazy at some moon worshipping party and brought back a cute little blob…errr souvenier. But I would be lying to you. I did this to myself. With an ovualtion monitor and all. Stupid, stupid, stupid. So…this pretty much sucks. I have been sick and exhausted for months, can’t really focus on anything, especially reading and writing. I did watch some decent movies, Whip It was especially cute! But not really pooping sunshine and baby rainbows here, I am way too honest for that. Bottom line: 1st trimester sucks, except for those lucky bitches who just “loved every minute of being pregnant,” to whom I say YOU ARE DIRTY DIRTY LIARS! As you can tell, I am not one of those. But I know, I know, it will all be worth it and before I know it my skin will glow and strangers will feel like they can touch my abdomen (be afraid for those poor bastards). But mark my words: on March 18th (yes, the kid is due on St. Patty’s Day, one of the drunkest days of the year, so that kinda rocks) there will be a funnel filled with Crown Royal being lovingly smushed against my bosom!!
Anyways, there is only one author who could pull me out of my growing-another-human funk, and it is one Kresley Cole. Finally her new book came out, I devoured it, and now feel like I can get back to my wonderful little blog world! So coming next: My review of Demon From the Dark!

O_O For the love of all that is holy….that is the most insane cake design I’ve ever seen! Why would you…no wait, who would cut that sucker up and actually eat it!?!
Wait…that’s not the point of this comment. Congratulations! I’m sorry to hear it’s been rough. And yes those women are dirty filthy liars! Hope you start to feel better!

Congrats on the pregnancy! I had nasty morning sickness for all three of mine, and the last one, for my daughter, I was wicked exhausted almost the whole nine months. Couldn’t write much of anything either, though reading was fine–until it made me need to take a nap. LOL
And yeah, it will totally be worth it.
